Pierre Palmieri is Deputy Chief Executive Officer, member of the Group General Management team and of the Group Executive Committee, having been appointed 24 May 2023. Pierre Palmieri began his career at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking in 1987 in the Export Finance department before heading the Finance Engineering team from 1989. He joined the Agence Internationale’s team in 1994, where he created the global Commodity Finance business line. He was appointed Global Head of Structured Commodity Finance in 2001. In 2006, he created and co-headed the Natural Resources and Energy Financing global business line. He was appointed Deputy Head of Global Finance in 2008, became Head of Global Finance in 2012 before extending his responsibilities to the whole Global Banking and Advisory activities in 2019. Pierre was previously Head of Global Banking and Advisory from July 2019. Pierre Palmieri is a graduate of the École Supérieure de Commerce in Tours.

Peter Herweck is Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation. Peter became Schneider’s chief executive in May 2023, returning to take the helm of the company after having served as CEO of the industrial software group AVEVA since May 2021. Peter first joined Schneider Electric in 2016 when he was appointed to the Executive Committee to lead the Industrial Automation business. In 2018, he undertook the merger of Schneider’s Industrial Software business with AVEVA. After starting his career as a Software Development Engineer with Mitsubishi in Japan, Peter joined Siemens where he held various executive positions before becoming Chief Strategy Officer. Peter’s background also includes senior management in the US, Japan, China, and several European countries, as well as extensive global responsibilities. Peter holds an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business, and Electrical Engineering degrees from Metz University, France and Saarland University, Germany. He is also a Harvard Business School Advanced Management alumnus.

Guido Zoeller has held several management posts in corporate & investment banks (Commerzbank, Bankers Trust, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch). He joined Societe Generale in 2010 as Head of Coverage & Investment Banking in Germany. He was appointed Country Head for Germany for SG CIB in 2012 and became Group Country Head for Germany and Austria on 1 January 2014.

Mathieu Bonnet is an accomplished energy executive with over 25 years of experience. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Allego, a leading European electric vehicle charging company. Under his leadership, Allego has grown rapidly, installing over 20,000 charging points across Europe. Mr. Bonnet began his career in the French government, where he worked on commercial bilateral issues between the United States and France. He then moved to the private sector, where he held senior positions at Electrabel, CNR, and E6. In these roles, he gained extensive experience in energy management, outage prevention, and small and medium-sized enterprise development. Mr. Bonnet is a graduate of École Polytechnique and École des Mines de Paris. He also holds a Master of Nuclear Engineering from the Université catholique de Louvain.

Mr. Jensen currently serves as Executive Chair of Board of Directors in FREYR Battery. Previously he held the position as CEO in FREYR Battery. Prior to and concurrently with FREYR, Mr. Jensen has served as Co-Founder and Partner of EDGE Global LLC. Prior to EDGE Global LLC and FREYR, he served in multiple positions, most recently as Partner and Senior Advisor at SYSTEMIQ Ltd. Mr. Jensen has also held the position of Executive Vice President at Joule Unlimited and Chief Executive Officer at Agrinos AS. Prior to that, Mr. Jensen served in various executive positions in finance, strategy, and business development at Norsk Hydro. He holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Torbjörn Sternsjö is the Chairman of Altris, located in Uppsala, Sweden. Altris is a sodium-ion battery company with a focus on cathode active material and battery cells. The company is in an emerging stage with high ambitions to contribute to the green development of the global battery industry. Mr. Sternsjö is presently also working as an advisor for Vargas, an impact company builder, enabling the transition to a green economy. Polarium, Northvolt, H2 Green Steel and Aira are Vargas first impact companies. Prior to his present position, Mr. Sternsjö was working Executive VP at Gränges, a global aluminium manufacturing company. Mr. Sternsjö also spent around 17 years in China, working in the aluminium manufacturing industry.

Kai Alexander Müller was born in Frankfurt am Main in 1990. After finishing high school in Brunei, he attended the University of Oxford, graduating with a master of engineering degree in materials, economics and management. He held various positions at Berenberg and the Bank of America before becoming the Head of Automotive Equity at Barclays in London. Müller helped carrying out several IPOs. At the beginning of 2022, Müller joined the Volkswagen Group as CFO of the Battery division (which is now PowerCo SE).

Christophe has been working in the Natural Resources and Infrastructure sector for more than 20 years, with a particular focus on financing and advisory. After a few years in Hong-Kong and London, he is now based in Paris where he is in charge of the Mining, Metals and Industry finance activity for Europe. With a strong track record of delivering innovative financing solutions, he is focusing with his team on supporting low carbon industry across Europe, with a value chain approach. Christophe graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and also studied at Imperial College in London.

José Manuel Entrecanales Domecq is Chairman and CEO of Acciona, a global company focused on sustainable solutions for climate change mitigation, adaptation, resilience and the decarbonization of the economy, through the development and management of infrastructure and services, particularly in renewable energy, water, transportation and mobility, waste, and eco-efficient buildings. Acciona and its subsidiary, Acciona Energía, are two Spanish companies listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange, with over 50,000 employees and presence in 52 countries.

Donato Gonzalez-Sanchez began his career in the Equities department at Banesto Bolsa. In 1994, he joined the Equity Department of Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking. In 1996, he became Chief Executive Officer of Societe Generale Securities Spain. He then became responsible for Equity Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions in 2002, before being appointed Head of Coverage and Investment Banking for Spain and Portugal in 2006. Donato Gonzalez-Sanchez graduated in Economics.

Born in Naples on April 30th 1964, Luca d’Agnese graduated with honours in Physics and got an MBA at Insead Business School (1990). He started in 1987 at Hewlett Packard Italy, within the Marketing and sales department. From 1988 to 2003 Luca d’Agnese worked at McKinsey, becoming a partner of the Italian Office in 1996 and specializing in the utility and telecommunication sectors. In 2003 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of GRTN, the state owned company in charge of planning and dispatching of the Italian electricity transmission grid. Following the merger of GRTN transmission activities within Terna, the Italian TSO, he joined Terna as Head of operations in Italy, working there till 2007. From 2007 to 2010 Luca d’Agnese was Chief Executive Officer of ErgyCpaital, an investment company focused on renewable and energy efficiency investments. In 2011 he joined Enel, where he worked as country manager in Romania and Slovakia and, starting in 2014 as VP for South America, while serving as Chief Executive officer of Enersis, now Enel Americas, till 2018. In 2018 he joined Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, where he has been in charge of Infrastructures and Public Sector, Energy and Digital initiatives and, since 2022, is in charge of Policies, Technical Competence Centers and Advisory, coordinating, among other projects the advisory activity of CDP on PNRR. He has been also a member of several BoDs, in Italy, Eastern Europe, Chile and Brazil.

Luigi Ferraris has been CEO of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane since June 2021. From March 2017 to May 2020, he held the role of CEO and General Manager of Terna (Italy’s electricity grid operator). Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer at Poste Italiane Group, which he led through the privatisation process and Stock Market listing. From October 1999 to January 2015, he worked at the Enel Group, holding several top management positions. These included Group Chief Financial Officer from June 2009 to November 2014, Chairman of Enel Green Power in the same period, where he oversaw the listing process, as well as board member of the Chilean subsidiary Enersis and further on General Manager for Latin America and CEO of Enersis up to January 2015. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Endesa S.A., a Spanish subsidiary of the Enel Group, as well as of other major Enel’s subsidiaries. From April 2015 to April 2017, he sat as board member at ERG SpA, a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange. Ferraris began his career as an auditor at PriceWaterhouse and held a set of managerial positions in leading Italian and multinational industrial companies. He has a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Genoa and currently a lecturer on Corporate Strategy at the LUISS Business School.

Graduated in Law at Sapienza University of Rome, since March 2023 he is Head of Department of the Mission Unit for the NRRP of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security. He was director of the National Inspectorate for Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection (ISIN), Board Member of the Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research (ISPRA) and member of the National Register of Environmental Managers of the Vale d'Aosta Region. He held several top positions in the Cabinet Offices at the Ministry of the Environment, at the Ministry of Communications and at the Offices of the Chamber of Deputies; he was Chairman of the Poste Italiane Trasporti S.p.A. In 2013 he was awarded "Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic" by the President of the Republic, Giorgio Napolitano.

An Italian national, Lorenzo Bini Smaghi holds a degree in Economic Sciences from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and a Ph.D in Economic Sciences from the University of Chicago. He began his career in 1983 as an economist in the Research Department of the Bank of Italy. In 1994, he was appointed Head of the Policy Division of the European Monetary Institute. In October 1998, he took up the position of Director-General of International Financial Relations in the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance. He was Chairman of SACE from 2001 to 2005. From June 2005 to December 2011, he was a member of the Executive Board of the European Central Bank. From 2012 to 2016, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of SNAM (Italy). From 2016 to 2019, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Italgas (Italy). He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Societe Generale since 2015.

Irene Elisei joined Gruppo Class Editori in 2012 becoming one of the main anchor of Class CNBC, the Group’s television channel visible on Sky. For years, on Skytg24 and Tgcom24, she has been covering the main financial news and daily market performance. Today she is the anchor of some of the flagship live programs on Class CNBC, speaker and moderator at events in the economic and financial sector. She is also a reporter for the financial newspaper MF Milano Finanza.

Güliz Öztürk started her career at Turkish Airlines. From 1990 to 2003, she served as Manager of International Relations and Agreements, Vice President of Marketing & Alliance Coordinator, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Turkish Airlines. During that time, she managed important projects such as launching the first code-share flights, execution of the alliance projects, launch of the airline’s loyalty and bank card programs and the first website as well as implementation of the online ticket sales. Between 2003 and 2005, she served as Aviation and Tourism Project Coordinator and Director of Human Resources at Ciner Holding. In 2005, she joined Pegasus Airlines as Head of Scheduled Flights to manage the launch of the airline’s scheduled services. In 2008, she was appointed as Sales Director. Güliz Öztürk assumed the role of Chief Commercial Officer in 2010 and was responsible for the commercial department, which includes Sales, Network Planning, Marketing, Revenue Management and Pricing, Cargo and Guest Experience. She held this role for 12 years and, in May 2022, was appointed CEO of Pegasus Airlines. Güliz Öztürk is a graduate of Kadıköy Anadolu High School and the department of psychology at Boğaziçi University, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Columbia Business School in 2018. A Member of the Board of Advisors of Özyeğin University’s Faculty of Aviation, Güliz Öztürk, is also Co-Chair of the Women in Sales Network (WiSN) social project, which works with the mission of ensuring the balance between men and women in the sales departments of companies, on the Sales Network platform.

Mounir Kuzbari is the Co-CEO, Member of the Board and Shareholder of Novus Aviation Capital, a resilient and growing aviation financing platform and a pioneer in aircraft leasing. Florian Merz is a strategic and performance-focused executive with over 25 years of creative leadership in markets spanning energy & energy transition, chemicals, metals, automotive, aerospace, mechanical & plant engineering and PE/VC. An internationally respected expert in development funds/ sovereign wealth funds and Global500/ mid-sized enterprises, leveraging worldwide resources to drive growth by progressing business development, market expansion, global program execution, and international business model roll-out. As a growth-enabler and hands-on operating executive, Florian is a specialist in business and ecosystem development, carving out and founding BUs/companies, designing value-creation roadmaps and empowering management teams to be integral to success. As Director-UAE Industries with Mubadala Investment Company (MIC), he is currently seconded to Masdar to drive the business development along the entire value chain from power via hydrogen & its derivatives to off-takers focusing on Europe. Prior, he accelerated UAE’s industrial diversification via energy transition & hydrogen and provided the investment performance management of a multi-billion USD portfolio in energy, utilities and aluminium. He also served on several country-to-country task forces/ committees and national boards for clean energy and hydrogen. Earlier, as Director-Strategic Planning of MIC’s Petroleum & Petrochemicals Platform, he created and managed the departments of strategic planning, market intelligence, business processes, enterprise risk, procure-to-pay, and reframed investment decision-making to focus on low/no-carbon products and energy transition. He has delivered growth, organisation effectiveness and ROI as Director - Operations Planning with Mubadala’s upstream subsidiary, Mubadala Petroleum (now Mubadala Energy), where he trailblazed operations excellence with a company-wide performance management framework & formation of centres of competence. Before this, as Senior Manager Business Processes & Projects, he was charged with leading the carve-out of Mubadala Petroleum as a stand-alone upstream subsidiary. Earlier in Europe, he drove strategy and organisational effectiveness at BMW Group and established the global aftersales business of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. A BCG Project Leader early in his career, Florian globally drove strategy, crystallised continuous improvement and sustainability along an enterprise value chain and founded new businesses, such as BCG Platinion. Florian completed qualifications as a Mechanical Engineer at the Technical University of Munich.

Laurent is a Managing Director in the Aviation Finance team at Societe Generale. He is based in Paris and oversees origination in Europe, Middle East, Africa and parts of Asia-Pacific. In addition, he has responsibility over ESG topics in relation to aviation finance. Prior to joining the Aviation team, Laurent has held various positions in the areas of asset finance as well as in equity derivatives.

Michiel Matthijssen is Senior Funding Officer at BNG Bank. He is part of BNG Bank’s Funding team, which is responsible for the funding execution on the capital markets as well as investor relations. Michiel has been working at BNG Bank for 7.5 years, initially as a Manager in the Portfolio Management Treasury team and since two years as Senior Manager in the Funding team. Within BNG Bank Michiel is part of the Sustainability Task Force which group is a direct report to BNG Bank’s Sustainable Banking Committee.

Arturo Seco Presencio joined the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) in 1999 and, after having held different positions, he works today as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the institution’s Directorate for Finance where he is responsible for the Funding, Treasury and Asset & Liabilities Divisions. Prior to joining CEB he worked for the Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in the United Arab Emirates. Previously he worked for Capital Markets Brokerage, a Spanish firm specialised in public debt and fixed-income products. He started his international career at the Financial Department of the British Red Cross in London. Arturo Seco Presencio graduated in Economics & Business Management at “Universidad Complutense de Madrid” (UCM), has an International Executive MBA degree from “Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris” (ESCP) and a Research Master’s degree in the field of The Financial System and its Contribution to Economic Growth from the Spanish ‘Universidad Nacional de Educacion a Distancia” (UNED), from which he also obtained his PhD in Applied Economics in the area of Economic Growth and Sustainable Development.

Malika joined the ESG research team of BNPP AM in 2021 and works closely with other ESG analysts in the design and implementation of firm wide Sustainable Fixed Income approaches. This includes conducting ESG-related research on (sub)sovereigns, agencies, supranationals and sustainable-themed bonds. Malika works closely with the global fixed income and multi-asset investment teams at BNPP AM to help facilitate ESG integration, respond to stakeholder requests and support thematic product development. Prior to joining BNPP AM, Malika worked as a credit ratings/ESG analyst at Moody’s Investors Service for over six years in London. Before that, she worked as an EM credit analyst at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in the Distressed Debt/Restructuring team (2007-2013), and in Fixed Income Capital Markets, Ratings Advisory at ABN AMRO Bank (2005-2007) in London. Malika holds a Master Degree of Science (MSc) in Internal Auditing and Management from CASS Business School in London (2002) and a Bachelor Degree of Science (BSc) in Business Studies from City University of London (2001). Malika is based in London, UK.

Stéphane has over 20 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets. Since taking the responsibility of Sustainable Bonds in 2017, Stéphane has been instrumental in establishing SG's international sustainable bonds franchise, including both landmark sustainability structuring advisory mandates and the lead management of highly visible sustainable bonds in EEMEA, Asia and the Americas. Prior to his current position, he held various positions within DCM, including Public Sector Origination during which he covered a wide variety of international clients in Western Europe, North America and CEEMEA

Isabelle Scemama is Global Head of AXA IM Alts. Isabelle oversees AXA IM’s €184bn alternative business unit, AXA IM Alts, which employs over 800 people located in 17 offices, serving the needs of more than 500 clients globally. AXA IM Alts is a global leader in alternatives asset management, putting ESG at the heart of its investment approach, with an established position in real estate (#1 real estate investment manager in Europe, #7 worldwide), infrastructure (#3 global infrastructure debt capital raiser), private debt (#1 CRE debt capital raiser globally, #4 global private debt capital raiser) and hedge funds. In her role, she leads the definition and execution of AXA IM Alts global strategy as well as in the supervision of its day-to-day management. Isabelle also sits on AXA IM – Real Estate and Infrastructure Investment Committees and chairs the AXA IM Alts Management Board. Isabelle joined AXA IM - Real Assets in 2001 to develop the third-party business. Notably, she launched the CRE and infrastructure debt lending platforms in 2005 and 2013 respectively, now firmly established as global leaders, before taking responsibility of the full fund management activity of AXA IM- Real Assets. She was later appointed CEO of AXA IM – Real Assets in 2017, a role to which was added the responsibility of the overall alternatives’ asset management activity of AXA IM, as Global Head of AXA IM Alts in 2020. Isabelle has more than 32 years of experience in the alternatives asset management industry, out of which 21 years within AXA IM. Before joining AXA IM, Isabelle held various positions in corporate and real estate financing at Paribas. Isabelle graduated from IEP Paris (Sciences Po) with a degree in Political Science in 1989.

Since 2012, Jerome oversees the Real Estate Finance business of SGCIB globally. With teams in Europe, the US and Asia, the objective of the bank is to support its clients in the Real Estate markets where they are active, timely delivering dedicated solutions. The Real Estate Finance teams have developed origination, underwriting and execution capacities to provide certainty of execution on asset based financings to a diverse panel of clients, including sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, asset managers, private equity firms, REITs and family offices. Jerome started his banking career in 1997 in the risk division of Societe Generale, developing both corporate rating models and economic and regulatory capital calculation methodologies. In 2001, Jerome moved to the commodities group of SGCIB with the objective to assess the counterparty risk on the hedging of commodities-linked projects. From 2004, Jerome worked within the SGCIB’s securitization team where he was responsible for European RMBS and CMBS transactions both sponsored by Societe Generale or third-party clients before moving in 2009 to the Real Estate Finance group to lead the origination and execution of sizable mortgage financings in Europe.

Demetrio Salorio is Head of Global Banking and Advisory since May 2023. Demetrio Salorio began his career at Societe Generale in Madrid in 1991, where he held different positions within the Markets and Global Finance activities in Spain. In 2004, he was appointed Global Head of Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Financial Origination in London, and subsequently Global Head of DCM in 2010. In 2019, Demetrio was appointed UK Head of the Global Banking and Advisory division. Demetrio Salorio has been Group Country Head for the United Kingdom and Ireland, and CEO of Societe Generale London Branch since January 2022. Demetrio Salorio holds an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.

In 1988, Diego co-founded and was CEO of a start-up called Knowledge Engineering, which dealt with industrial controls systems using artificial intelligence and neural networks. Three years later he joined Sema Group (acquired by Schlumberger in 1998) and started a long career with private companies. At SchlumbergerSema, Diego headed multicultural working groups all over the world in the field of energy with revenues of $650M. Between 2002 and 2010, Diego was the CEO of Atos Origin, a leading international IT service provider, where he was responsible for Spain and South America with 9,000 employees and an annual turnover of €450M. Since 2010 and under his leadership, EIT InnoEnergy has become the largest global organisation supporting innovation and entrepreneurship in sustainable energy. The 180+ portfolio companies supported by the company are on track to generate €72.8 billion in revenue and save 1.1G tons of CO2e annually by 2030. Collectively, these companies have raised €8 billion in investment to date. Diego is an electrical engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, with a major in electronics and automation.

Christophe Bavière is co-CEO of Eurazeo since February 2023 and has been a member of the Executive Board since 2021. He was also Chairman and Founder of Idinvest Partners a Private Equity company which joined forces with Eurazeo in 2018 and was fully merged in 2020. Prior to this, Christophe Bavière held senior positions within the Allianz Group where he managed the investment programs for the group. At Idinvest Partners he successfully developed the investment activities and assets under management grew sevenfold over ten years. At Eurazeo, Christophe Bavière supervises the Private Debt, Small-mid buyout, Secondary and Venture investment activities. He also supervises the Investment Partners team which in charge of LP relationships. Christophe Bavière is a Board Member of AFG, the French Asset Management Association. He was Vice President and a board member of France Invest, a private equity trade association, and served for 2 mandates on the Consultative Commission of the AMF, the French financial markets authority. He is a Knight in the National Order of the Legion of Honour, and he is also a Colonel in the French Air Force Reserve.

Julien is Sweep’s Chief Impact Officer. Minister of Agriculture and Food from July 2020 to May 2022 in Jean Castex's government, he was previously Deputy to the Minister of Territorial Cohesion in the government of Edouard Philippe between June 2017 and October 2018 and then Minister in charge of Cities and Housing until July 2020. He was successively advisor to the Minister in charge of Foreign Trade, Nicole Bricq, to the Minister of Economy and Finance, Pierre Moscovici before becoming Deputy Chief of Staff of the Minister of Economy, under Emmanuel Macron between 2012 and 2016. Ingénieur des ponts, des eaux et des forêts, he began his career on secondment to the Department of External Relations of the Ministry of the Economy before holding various positions at the French Embassy in Cairo and at the Treasury Department.

Demetrio Salorio is Head of Global Banking and Advisory since May 2023. Demetrio Salorio began his career at Societe Generale in Madrid in 1991, where he held different positions within the Markets and Global Finance activities in Spain. In 2004, he was appointed Global Head of Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Financial Origination in London, and subsequently Global Head of DCM in 2010. In 2019, Demetrio was appointed UK Head of the Global Banking and Advisory division. Demetrio Salorio has been Group Country Head for the United Kingdom and Ireland, and CEO of Societe Generale London Branch since January 2022. Demetrio Salorio holds an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.

Between 2005 and 2007, Vincent launched, developed and managed the Infrastructure practice at AXA Investment Managers.Vincent is one of the pioneers of the Infrastructure sector in France and in Europe. Since its creation in 2008, Vincent has worked on nearly 40 transactions across Europe and sits on numerous boards representing InfraVia such as Reden Solar (“renewable energy platform in France”), Celeste (B2B telecom operator in France), or Save (Venice airport).In 2019, Vincent developed InfraVia in the technology sector, and in particular in the Growth segment. InfraVia joined and was one of the first participants of the “Tibi initiative” aiming at providing France with an investment force in the tech sector in order to develop start-ups and consolidate the French tech ecosystem.Vincent is a member of the Board of Directors of France Invest, where he chairs the Infrastructure Commission, and President of the LTIIA (Long Term Infrastructure Investors Association). Vincent is a graduate engineer from Ecole Polytechnique (X86) and ENSAE.

Christel Bories is Eramet’s Chair and Chief Executive Officer since 2017. A global mining and metallurgical group, Eramet is a key player in the extraction and valorisation of metals (manganese, nickel, mineral sands, lithium) that are essential to the energy transition and building a more sustainable world. Eramet employs 10,400 people in 15 countries with sales of €5bn in 2022. Having spent 30 years in top management positions within the industry, Christel Bories has developed strong expertise in leading business transformations and executing strategies in complex international industrial environments. Christel Bories is also an active advocate of a more responsible and sustainable mining and metals industry and of the strategic role that the sector holds within our economic activity and as a driver of innovation. She is Chair of the French Mining and Metallurgy Sector Committee, a member of the Board of “France Industrie” and of the Executive Committee of the National Industry Council (CNI). Before joining Eramet, Christel Bories was the Deputy CEO of Ipsen (2013‐2016), a global biopharmaceutical company focused on transformative medicines in oncology, rare disease and neuroscience. Prior to this, she served as CEO of Constellium, a global aluminium business that was divested from Rio Tinto in 2011. From 2007 to 2010, she served as CEO of Engineered Products for Rio Tinto following its acquisition of Alcan. At Alcan, Christel Bories was President and CEO of Alcan Packaging (2004‐2006) and a member of the Executive Committee. Earlier,she spent four years at Pechiney where she was Executive Vice President of Strategy and Management Control (1995‐1999), Senior Executive VP of the Packaging division (1999‐2003) and a member of the Executive Committee. At the beginning of her career, Christel Bories was a strategy consultant for Booz Allen & Hamilton and then for Corporate Value Associates (1986‐1993). Christel Bories was a non‐executive Director of Legrand SA (2012‐2023), of Natixis (2011‐2014) and Smurfit Kappa Group (2012‐2020). She is a graduate of the HEC business school in France.

Benoit is a highly experienced investor and entrepreneur in energy and climate transition, he is behind the creation of Waga Energy in 2015 and Aniah in 2019. Prior to these roles Benoit was CEO of OSER ENER, Senior Consultant at Carbone 4. From his time at Airbus, he takes away a strong appetite for innovation and teamwork. Now co-founder and CEO of Verkor, founded in 2020 with the sole ambition of fast-tracking low-carbon battery production in France, to serve the European market.

Alexander Hartman has been at Northvolt since 2016, during which time he has built up the CFO team from the ground up to secure some $6 billion in financing. The team, which he leads today, has also been key in the development and signing of contracts and strategic partnerships valued in excess of $50 billion with key customers and partners, including BMW, Fluence, Scania, Volkswagen, Volvo Cars. Alexander has a background at Goldman Sachs, Altor Equity Partners and outdoor brand Helly Hansen. He holds a MSc in Corporate finance from Stockholm School of Economics and a BBA in corporate finance from University of Mississippi. Outside of the office, Alexander is a former world-ranked tennis player.

Lénaïg Trénaux has 20 years of experience in the natural resources sector. She joined Société Générale’s Natural Resources and Infrastructure group in 2006 in London after holding various positions in the natural resources teams of Natixis and BNP Paribas in Paris, New York and London. She became co-head of the EMEA Metals and Mining Finance team in 2011 and moved to New York in 2016 where she was Regional Head of the Metals Mining and Industries Finance team for the Americas region. In this position, she contributed to shifting the business line focus towards sustainability and energy transition. Lénaïg is a graduate of EDHEC business school.

Connor Teskey is President of Brookfield Asset Management. He is also the head of Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition business and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Renewable Partners. In this role, he is responsible for investments, operations and the expansion of the Renewable Power & Transition business. Mr. Teskey is also Brookfield’s Head of Europe, with responsibility for overseeing the Firm’s business activities in the region. Mr. Teskey joined Brookfield in 2012 and held a variety of investment, financing and restructuring roles. Prior to Brookfield, he worked in corporate debt origination at a Canadian bank. Mr. Teskey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Stéphane Lapiquonne, Managing Director, is Head of Sustainability and Transition Affairs, Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He is responsible for leading the Sustainability Affairs strategy for EMEA, engaging a range of stakeholders across civil society, policymakers and academic experts on behalf of BlackRock's clients. In his previous roles as Head of Sustainability for EMEA and subsequently co-head of the Sustainability & Transition Solutions group for EMEA, Mr Lapiquonne worked alongside the global team in leading BlackRock's sustainability and transition strategy in the region, driving cross-functional change, supporting client and external sustainability engagement, and partnering on sustainable product ideation. When Mr Lapiquonne joined BlackRock in 2010 he served as one of the leaders of BlackRock Solutions' Financial Markets Advisory Group in London, which provides a wide range of advisory, valuation and innovative solutions for banks, insurance companies, official institutions, and other financial intermediaries. In 2015 he was appointed Country Head for France, Belgium and Luxembourg and Co-Head of Continental Europe from 2020 before moving on to become Head of Sustainability for EMEA in 2021. Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr. Lapiquonne served as a senior investment advisor to Lone Star Europe and, before that, as the deputy head of AXA IM's structured credit investment team in Paris. Mr. Lapiquonne started his career in 1996 as a fixed income quantitative analyst at Banque Nationale de Paris in London, before joining Morgan Stanley's credit structuring and product management team. Mr. Lapiquonne holds a Diplome d’Ingénieur from Ecole Centrale Paris (1993-1996) and a Master of Finance at Cambridge University (1995-1996).

Adeline is the Managing Director and Head of Smallcap Investment Funds of Bpifrance. Bpifrance invests into small-cap funds covering various investment strategies in order to be active in the structuring of the whole financing chain of French companies - Development and buy-out funds, turnaround and special situations funds, impact funds, mezzanine funds and, exceptionally, private debt funds. Prior to this, Adeline served as a Project manager for AFD and then as a Senior investment officer for Proparco. She joined Bpifrance Fund of Funds in 2014 as an Investment Director for Innovation and Technology funds and then Small-Cap funds prior to her current position. Adeline graduated from Essec Business School.

Kristell joined Societe Generale in 2012, in the short term cash bond trading team in Paris, then moved to the short term repo desk, specializing on non-governmental debt. She also had prior experiences with Societe Generale’s Credit and Equity Derivatives teams, working for the Special Situation Group in London in 2009, and at a later date for the Index Arbitrage team in New-York until 2012. Since early 2020, she has joined the Sustainability Solutions team within Global Markets activities, as a product developer. Kristell is notably responsible for further developing the range of solutions offered to investors, as well as coordinating all sustainable and positive solution initiatives across asset classes for markets activities. Kristell graduated from ENSAE in 2010 and, during her final year, obtained another Masters Degree in quantitative finance from the University Paris Diderot.

Tommy Ricketts is the CEO and co-founder of BeZero Carbon, a global ratings agency for the voluntary carbon market. BeZero was founded in 2020, its global team combines expertise within climate and earth science, financial research, data science, and public policy. Prior to founding BeZero Carbon, Tommy was a VP in Global Research at Bank of America and worked as a political strategist in London and Brussels

Jens Hartmann is the CEO and co-founder of Enmacc, Europe's leading market venue for the OTC trading of energy and environmental commodities. Built by traders, for traders, Enmacc digitises the energy trading process to provide superior liquidity and trading experience to market participants. Before co-founding Enmacc, Jens worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and held senior positions at Deutsche Telekom. He is a trained economist and holds an Economics degree from the University of Freiburg.

Sam is Founder and CEO of Net Purpose: the platform for sustainable and impact investors. Sam has dedicated her career to the intersection of capital markets, sustainability and tech. Prior to Net Purpose, Sam was Head of Impact at LeapFrog Investments, a multi-billion dollar fund manager and founding partner of the Global Impact Investing Network, the Impact Management Project, B Lab, the UN Principles for Responsible Investment and other standards. Prior to LeapFrog, Sam started her career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Laurine joined the Sustainability team led by Isabelle Millat in 2020. She is responsible for further developing the range of solutions offered to investors, as well as coordinating all sustainable and positive solution initiatives across asset classes for markets activities.

Vivian Nicoli has been Managing Director, Infrastructure for Europe since September 2020. She heads the CDPQ Paris office and supports developing and implementing the organization’s infrastructure investment strategy in the region. She oversees a team of professionals with an expertise in infrastructure responsible for targeting promising opportunities for CDPQ. The portfolio she manages encompasses diverse assets in airports, rail and public transportation, gas distribution and renewable energy, including the Eurostar and Heathrow airport. Ms. Nicoli has over 25 years of experience in international infrastructure. Before joining CDPQ, she spent ten years as Founding Partner of EISER Infrastructure Partners, a multinational infrastructure asset manager. In that role, she led a team responsible for originating, executing and managing investments. Previously, she worked for eight years at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development where she was a senior banker on the municipal and environmental infrastructure team. She also served as general counsel for Egis (previously Transroute International). Ms. Nicoli holds a Juris Doctor from University of British Columbia in Canada. She has sat on the Boards of Directors of Herambiente, Cory Environmental, Fondul Proprietatea, Sofiyska Voda and AS Tallinna Vesi.

Humza is the Co-founder and CEO of Frontier Power, an international renewable energy developer. Through its partners it is developing over £10bn of subsea transmission and offshore wind. He has over 30 years’ experience as a senior executive and advisor in the energy and transport sectors. He was a member of National Grid’s Group Executive and held a number of senior positions including Director of Strategy and Corporate Development. His experience covers Europe, Asia, the US and Latin America.

Mounir Corm, Deputy CEO and Managing Partner of Vauban Infrastructure Partners, was previously Deputy Head of the Mirova General Infrastructure activity. Mounir has been actively working and developing Mirova General Infrastructure's infrastructure activities since 2008. He has developed an extensive and in-depth knowledge of the core infrastructure market. During the course of his career, Mounir has worked on over €2bn of equity investments on a number of European core infrastructure assets and was actively involved in the development and fundraising of new funds, helping develop the European growth of the business as well as its international client base. Mounir has led Mirova's origination and deal execution strategies and is also a director on various landmark infrastructure assets and companies (such as Indigo in transportation, Arema in social infrastructure) across Europe. Mounir started his career at PwC advising public entities and holds a Master's in Public Affairs from Sciences-Po Paris and a Master’s in Business from HEC.

Allan has worked at Société Générale for 15 years, and in the energy sector for more than 35 years, initially as an engineer and then in finance. During his career he has advised on and/or financed a broad spectrum of projects in Europe, the US and Asia, and across the energy sector. Building on many years’ experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in offshore wind in Europe, Asia and the US, he is now playing a leading role in developing the banks’ global energy transition strategy and is increasingly providing strategic advice to clients around the world as they focus on their own transition and possible entry into areas such as offshore wind/renewables, battery storage, CCUS, interconnectors and increasingly, hydrogen. Allan has advised clients on projects in most of these areas including the recently closed NeuConnect interconnector between Germany and the UK and he has a number of ongoing advisory roles for major clients of the bank in groundbreaking energy transition projects including the Vertex Low Carbon (blue) Hydrogen project (HyNet North West CCUS cluster), Net Zero Teesside (CCGT with CCS) and Northern Endurance Partnership, the CO2 pipeline and offshore store infrastructure for the Net Zero Teesside and Humberside CCS cluster. Allan has also been helping to drive innovation in renewables, including acting as financial advisor to HyWind Scotland and Provence Grand Large (PGL) floating wind transactions, PGL being the first project financing for floating wind, and is currently acting as Financial Advisor to the 1GW Cerulean floating wind (offshore O&G electrification and hydrogen) project in the UK. Allan’s leadership in energy transition has led to him playing a leading role in providing the financing view in policy development, including as a member of the UK government CCUS Council and the Hydrogen Expert Group. Allan has a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and a Chartered Engineer.

Henrik Henriksson is since May 2021 CEO of the new company H2 Green Steel, which is investing in a large-scale facility for fossil-free production of steel in northern Sweden. Prior to that Henriksson was President and CEO of Scania, where he led the shift towards more sustainable transport systems. During his 24 years at Scania, he held several positions within the commercial area of the company including Senior Vice President for Scania Trucks and four years as Export Director at Scania South Africa Pty. Ltd. in Johannesburg. Henriksson is a Board Member of AB Electrolux, Hexagon AB, Creades AB and SAAB AB . Henriksson is also author of the book Sustainability Leadership. Henriksson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.

Anne-Christine Champion is Co-Head of Global Banking & Investor Solutions and a member of the Group Executive Committee, having been appointed 24 May 2023. Anne-Christine Champion began her career in 2002 in the financial engineering department at Natixis where she provided advisory and arrangement services for the infrastructure sector. In 2012, she became Global Head of advisory activities and infrastructure & project financing. In 2016, Anne-Christine Champion was then appointed Global Head of the Corporate & Investment Bank’s newly created distribution (primary, secondary, direct and synthetic) and portfolio management business. In 2019, she became Global Head of Real Assets, in charge of origination in the energy, infrastructure, real estate and aviation sectors, within the Corporate & Investment Bank. Anne-Christine was previously, from 2020, Co-Head of Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking and member of the Senior Management Committee of Natixis. Anne-Christine Champion is a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon, of the Stanford Executive Program and of the Collège des Ingénieurs.

Jean-Christophe Laloux is Director General, Head of EU Lending and Advisory Operations, at the European Investment Bank (EIB), the long-term financing institution of the European Union. During his 8-year tenor at the head of the frontline of EIB, the Bank delivered more than EUR 500 billion in new financing operations. Mr. Laloux has been instrumental in transforming the business delivery model of the Bank. Between 2015 and 2020, he steered the delivery of the EUR 60 billion Investment Plan for Europe, successfully introducing and executing milestone innovations such as Venture Debt and Risk sharing instruments. He also headed the delivery of the Economic Resilience Initiative launched by the EIB in response to the 2017 refugee crisis, and more recently lead the execution of the EUR 25 billion Pan-European Guarantee Fund in response to the COVID crisis. Prior to his current function and since joining EIB in 1999, he held various frontline positions, and was also EIB’s Head of Human Resources (2011-2013). Before joining the Bank, he was a management consultant (the Boston Consulting Group and PWC). He holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven, a post-graduate degree in Management (magna cum laude) from the University of Ghent, and a Master of Business Administration (distinction) from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University - USA. He speaks English, French, German and Dutch.

Hacina was appointed Global Head of Export Finance in 2015. She led the transformation of the business line with a strong sustainability focus and took over the position of Head of Impact Finance Solutions in 2019. Hacina Py graduated from the EM Strasbourg business school and studied finance at Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh.
